Lat Pull-Down


This is the same exercise would perform at the gym with Lat Pull-Down Machine very expensive, but they are paying a fraction of the price and get the same benefits ..


Instructions:


The resistance tube -anchor using the door attachment that comes with it or an elderly person so that you can exercise kneeling or standing (if large enough) center.
