Home Fitness Gym Tips

I've heard so many horror stories about people trying to establish a gym at home but is bad because it is not well planned your home gym. Learn from your mistakes before you make your own priceless. Here is a list of the top five most common mistakes people make in home gyms construction and how to fix it showed.
1. Do not measure once, measure twice. Once selected, where it will build a gym, a map of the area measuring at least twice. And do not forget to measure the height of the ceiling, especially if you are building a home gym in a basement. 3. Cardio or cardio? It is important to think in advance what type of exercise you want. If you are looking to lose weight or gain muscle? Cardiovascular machines tend to be larger than other machines, if weight loss is not the priority can skip the treadmill or elliptical.
4. Be careful. Setting up your own home gym is fun and exciting, but it depends on you to take care of yourself.
