Being in good health and fitness is a goal that many people have. Many people believe that to be in good shape have to join a gym and spend much time there. I do not think that's true. People can get in good shape at home. They also can get healthier without losing much time.
It is good that people who join the health club are making efforts to exercise, but do not make good use of their time as they could.
